Full room renovations,
start to finish.
Basements, bathrooms, kitchens and whole-interior carpentry. One carpenter from framing to final trim, rather than a different face every week.
A renovation goes badly for one of two reasons: nobody planned the sequence, or nobody owned it. Dom builds the carpentry schedule around the order things have to happen in, and Erika keeps dates, materials and inspections lined up so the job does not stall. Where a project needs an electrician or plumber, you hire them directly and we work around them.
Basements
Unfinished basement to finished living space: framing, insulation, subfloor, drywall, egress, trim, and the storage and mechanical access you will still need later. We build around the ductwork and the lally columns instead of pretending they are not there.
Bathrooms
The carpentry side of a bathroom remodel: framing, waterproofing, tiled showers, vanities, trim and glass. You bring in your own plumber and electrician for their parts — we build everything they connect to, and we schedule around them.
Kitchens
Cabinet installs, custom islands, butcher block and countertop coordination, backsplashes, lighting layout, and the trim carpentry that makes a stock kitchen look like it was made for the room.
Whole interiors
Wall removals with proper headers, flooring throughout, doors and casing, crown and baseboard, closets, and built-in storage. Ideal for a house you just bought or one you are getting ready to sell.
Where bathroom work goes wrong
Tile is not waterproof and neither is grout. What protects your floor joists sits behind and beneath it.
